Time Telling Alarm Clock allows you to create an alarm clock that will speak the time out loud. It works with the Google TTS (Text to Speech) engine. If you're not sure how to change the settings, or if you want to change the settings, this app is a quick way to get the basic settings.
Step 1: Open the app and enter the settings menu. You can find the basic settings in the first section.
Step 2: The second section is where you will find the text-to-speech settings. You will need to select the engine and the language.
